Termes de l’accord entre la JKA HQ et le groupe Kawasoe - avril 2015

此度、懸案でありました、川副組織のJKA 加盟について２０１５年総本部春季合宿時に、
総本部 川副指導員とで話し合いを持った結果、下記の様に合意に至りましたのでお知らせいたし
ます。今後得益々空手協会発のため御協力よろしくお願い致します。

記

１. 川副組織はJKA に加盟申請する場合、すでに承認されている既存国組織を窓口として
公益社団法人日本空手協会への加盟認可申請を提出する。

２. 提出を受けた国とJKA 本部が仲立ちし取りまとめをする。

３. 合意できない場合、国間にて種々の決定事項を決め、最終的にJKA 本部が決定する。
しかし、あくまでもその国に於いて強固なJKA 組織を発展され、組織間で平和的問題解
決が目的である。

※話し合いで決定すべき事項 ①各種審査会 ②合宿 ３大会（世界大会については各
国１チームとする）④その他

４. 今後、川副組織は、新しい国の加盟申請はJKA 本部と事前に打合わせをすること。

※アフロユーラシア大会につきましては、JKAWF オフィシャル大会でなく、川副組織の
親善友好大会であることをお知らせいたします。

Tout d’abord, nous vous remercions pour votre coopération concernant les activités de la JKA.
A propos du sujet inquiétant, i.e. l’affiliation du groupe Kawasoe à la JKA, nous vous informons que le Souhonbu (JKA HQ) et M. Kawasoe se sont réunis lors du Gasshuku (séminaire) en avril 2015, et ont convenus l’accord suivant. Nous vous demandons donc votre coopération afin de continuer le développement de la JKA.

1. Dans le cas où le groupe Kawasoe souhaite s’affilier à la JKA dans un pays, le groupe doit soumettre une demande d’affiliation à l’organisme officiel déjà existant dans le pays.

2. JKA HQ servira comme médiateur entre le pays et le groupe Kawasoe pour satisfaire les besoins et intérêts des deux parties.

3. Au cas où un accord entre les deux parties ne semble pas possible, chaque partie soumettra leurs préoccupations par écrit à la JKA HQ, et la JKA HQ rendra une décision finale.
Ceci a pour seul but de développer un fort organisme de la JKA dans le pays, et de promouvoir une procédure à l’amiable pour résoudre des problèmes.

* Ces décisions concernent, par exemple, les qualifications, stages/gasshuku, championnats (pour le championnat du monde il ne peut y avoir qu’une seule et unique équipe), entre autres.

4. Désormais, le groupe Kawasoe doit établir au préalable une communication avec la JKA HQ s’il souhaite s’affilier à la JKA dans un pays où il n’y a pas d’organisme officiel existant.

* En ce qui concerne le championnat Afro‐Eurasia, nous vous informons qu’il ne s’agit en aucun cas d’un tournoi officiel de la JKA/WF, mais seulement une compétition amicale du groupe Kawasoe.

Firstly, we would like to express our gratitude for your cooperation relating JKA activities.
With regard to the matters of concern, i.e. Kawasoe organization’s affiliation to the JKA, we would like to inform you that Souhonbu (Headquarters) and Instructor Kawasoe had a meeting during Headquarter’s spring Gasshuku (camp) in 2015, and the following agreements have been made.
We would like to ask for your continued cooperation for the development of the Japan Karate Association.

1. In the event that a Kawasoe Group applies for the affiliation to the JKA, the group must submit an application for admission to join the public interest
incorporated association, Japan Karate Association through the already existing acknowledged JKA organization in that country.

2. JKA,H.Q. mediates between the country who has received an application in
order to handle matters to the satisfaction of both parties.

3. In case an agreement between parties is not possible, each organization makes decisions on various matters within their own country and submits these to JKA,H.Q.,after which the final decision will be made by JKA,H.Q.
The purpose is entirely to develop a strong JKA organization in the country and to encourage a peaceful problem solving procedure between the organizations.

* The decisions in question are regarding : various qualifications, Gasshuku
(camp), tournament (regarding world tournament, one team only in each
country), and others.

4. In future, the Kawasoe organization needs to have preliminary communication with JKA,H.Q. when its organization wishes to submit an application for affiliation to the JKA in a new country where no prior JKA organization exists.

* Regarding Afro-Eurasia Tournament, we inform you that it is not an official
JKAWF tournament, but the friendship tournament of Kawasoe Group.
